Description: The TCC-21 is a four-wire carrier telephone repeater. It is used with Telephone Terminal TCC-7 and provides equalization, amplification, and automatic regulation of all signals in the two directions of transmission. TCC-21's are used at intermediate points in a system(with TCC-7's) over a spiral-four cable or similar transmission facility. Supplies power (100 ma 600 VDC) for a maximum of three unattended repeaters over a phontom circuit of the spiral-four cable. TCC-21's are normally spaced 40 miles apart in a 200-mile system. Bandwidth: 68 kHz.
